Steve Cook

Steve Cook, a native Jacksonian, joined Cook Commercial Properties after a successful career in the construction materials industry.  As a founding business owner, President and general manager of Golden Triangle Sand & Gravel, Inc. in Columbus, MS, specialized as a producer of specification sand & gravel products for Ready-Mix Concrete and Hot Mix Asphalt in the Golden Triangle area.  Besides experience in construction, land acquisition & management, Steve has also served as an investment advisor and has formerly held both insurance and securities licenses.   Steve is actively engaged in commercial real estate sales, leasing, investment and property management.  Steve received his B.B.A. Degree from the University of Miami (FL) in 1988.  He is married to the former Monica Stewart of Yazoo City and they have two children.
